Integrated management of substantive processes at the University of Otavalo

Abstract

This article proposes a strategy to optimize the integrated management of substantive processes at the University of Otavalo, focusing on training, research and extension. As higher education faces new challenges, the importance of excellence, quality and relevance as fundamental pillars is emphasized. The relationship between academic accreditation and the continuous improvement of educational quality is explored. The document suggests mechanisms to strengthen the integration between these processes, including the active participation of faculty and students in solving local problems and improving the educational system. Concrete actions are presented to ensure efficient and coherent management, aligned with social demands and institutional development.
