Abstract

In *Fact and Law: A Dialectical Relationship*, the authors explore how law, while following the facts and adapting to social changes, acts mainly a posteriori. This functionalist approach criticizes the view of law as a mere adaptation of reality and underlines its capacity to anticipate and shape future changes, especially in a context of global crisis. Salamanca and Rosillo's work proposes a new paradigm that integrates law with social and ecological movements, highlighting its role in building a more just and sustainable social order.
