Abstract

This article explores Problem-Based Learning (PBL) as an educational strategy focused on developing skills and knowledge through the resolution of real and simulated problems. PBL is presented as an effective methodology to prepare students to face the complexity and rapidity of changes in the world of work. The research details how this strategy transforms study programs, structuring them around problems that reflect the demands of the desired professional profile. It analyzes how PBL facilitates deep and applicable learning, adapted to the demands of contemporary life and work.
