Abstract

This work aims to advance the main postulates of a hypothesis under development, which claims to become a moral theory: The Ethics of Sumak Kawsay. Breeding abode of the good life of peoples with nature (ESK). The model of moral theory that is outlined here seeks to explain the ways that people have to conduct the production and reproduction of good and bad life with nature. They are postulates for an ethical theory of moral material praxis: ecological, political, legal and revolutionary of the peoples. The postulates of the Sumak Kawsay Ethics, as hypotheses with scientific pretense, are subjected to historical proof and verification to be validated or refuted as moral theory. To arrive at the formulation of its postulates, the ESK has drawn on four main sources: the ethical and philosophical praxis of the original peoples of the Bolivian and Ecuadorian Andes, the scientific praxis, the Marxist revolutionary philosophical praxis and the philosophy praxis of two workers. of thought made invisible by the imperial and peripheral academies.
